Joining Bronze Squadron isn’t a slot-fill. It’s a vetting process.
Green Team is where we evaluate how you think, how you move, and how you operate under pressure—not just whether you can shoot straight.
What You’re Walking Into:
1. Structured Evaluation Pipeline
You’ll enter a 90-Day / 90-Point system. Every action counts—operations, training, recon, and conduct. This isn’t passive time-in-unit; it’s performance-driven.
2. Standards Over Skill Gimmicks
We’re not looking for flash. We’re looking for:
- Consistency under stress
- Ability to follow and execute tasking
- Communication and discipline
- Decision-making in uncertain environments
3. Team Integration Comes First
You won’t be treated like an outsider—but you will be assessed constantly.
How you integrate with a squad matters more than individual stats.
4. Real Consequences, Real Progression
Performance is tracked.
- Strong performers move quickly into operational billets
- Weak performance gets corrected—or removed
There’s no auto-pass.
5. Exposure to Full Mission Profile
You’ll experience:
- Direct Action raids
- Recon / ISR integration
- HVT capture operations
- Multi-element coordination (SOAR / 24th STS attachments)
6. Leadership Is Observed Early
Even as a recruit, initiative is noted.
You don’t need rank to demonstrate leadership—you need awareness and accountability.
What We Expect From You:
- Show up prepared
- Stay coachable
- Execute your role
- Don’t quit when it gets uncomfortable
End State:
You earn your place in a Troop—or you don’t.
No shortcuts. No filler.
-
Training in Bronze Squadron is deliberate, recurring, and performance-driven. You’re not here to “learn once”—you’re here to build repeatable execution under pressure.
Green Team Entry Course (3 Days)
Every recruit starts with a 3-day controlled training cycle. This is your baseline evaluation and foundation build.
Focus Areas:
- CQB fundamentals (room entry, sectors, movement discipline)
- Communication & command flow
- Individual role execution within a team
- HVT handling (control, containment, movement)
- ISR awareness and integration basics
This phase establishes whether you can operate inside a system—not just as an individual.
Sustained Training Cycle (Post-Integration)
Once assigned, training doesn’t stop. It scales.
Twice Monthly Training Requirement:
1. Full Troop Training (1x Monthly)
All elements train together to build:
- Multi-squad coordination
- Air-ground integration (SOAR / STS)
- Large-scale objective execution
- Command and control under complexity
2. Squad-Level Training (1x Monthly)
Focused, small-unit refinement:
- CQB repetitions and scenario work
- Role-specific drills (breacher, medic, weapons, etc.)
- Internal communication and pacing
- Speed, precision, and accountability at the team level
Training Standard
Repetition is intentional.
You will run the same concepts until execution is clean, fast, and automatic.
Sloppy reps don’t count.
Expectation
Training is not optional—it’s where you prove reliability before operations.
If you’re not improving, you’re falling behind.
End State
You transition from a recruit to a dependable operator within a disciplined system.

Graduating Green Team doesn’t mean you pick your role—it means you’ve earned consideration for placement based on performance, reliability, and unit needs.
Bronze Squadron assigns billets where you are most effective, not where it’s most comfortable.
NSWDG OPERATOR BILLETS
SSE & Detainee Coordinator / Logistics
Manages sensitive site exploitation, evidence handling, and detainee processing. Responsible for accountability, documentation, and coordinating movement/transfer while maintaining operational tempo.
Heavy Weapons Operator
Delivers suppressive fire and controls high-volume engagements. Manages crew-served systems and provides dominance during assaults and security elements.
Breacher
Primary access specialist. Executes mechanical, ballistic, and explosive breaches to create entry points and maintain assault momentum.
Precision Marksman / Recon Operator
Extends the team’s reach. Provides overwatch, reconnaissance, and target discrimination. Feeds real-time information to the element.
Demolitions Specialist / EOD
Handles explosive employment and hazard mitigation. Responsible for charges, target destruction, and identifying/disabling explosive threats.
How Placement Works
- Based on Green Team performance
- Evaluated on decision-making, discipline, and consistency
- Aligned with current troop requirements
You may be placed where you’re strongest—or where you’re needed most.
Expectation
You are not locked into a role permanently, but you are expected to master your assigned billet before moving elsewhere.
End State
You integrate into a Troop as a role-specific operator contributing to mission success—not just filling a slot.
