Operations Night
Primary execution window for all official unit operations. This is where mission-ready elements deploy, conduct taskings, and execute full-spectrum objectives under structured leadership.
Expectations:
- Step-off on time, fully prepared and mission-capable
- Follow established C2 (chain of command) and comms discipline
- Maintain immersion, accountability, and operational standards
- Participation counts toward Official Event tracking (TIG / promotions)
Scope:
- Planned operations (DA, SR, HVT capture, etc.)
- Integrated support (ISR, SOAR, 24th STS attachments)
- Realistic mission environments with dynamic enemy and civilian factors
Notes:
- Briefing begins prior to step-off — be early
- Loadouts, mods, and comms must be squared away beforehand
- Absences without notice may trigger attendance policy actions
This is the unit’s main effort. Show up ready to work.

Troop Training
Required training event focused on maintaining and advancing squad/troop-level proficiency. This is where tactics are refined, standards are enforced, and teams build cohesion.
Expectations:
- Mandatory attendance unless excused
- Arrive prepared with proper loadout and comms
- Maintain discipline, follow instruction, and stay engaged
Scope:
- CQB/CQC drills
- Movement and communication
- SOP refinement and team-level coordination
This is a required event. Attendance and performance are tracked.
