GREEN TEAM DAY 3 CLASS 03-2026|06-2026 — FINAL EXERCISE

Day 3

Day 3 of Green Team is your final evaluation. There is no instruction, no coaching, and no resets for poor performance. Everything you have built across Day 1 and Day 2 will be applied in a single, sustained operational scenario from start to finish.

You will plan, move, assault, and extract as a team — against a dynamic objective with real complications. Civilian presence, unpredictable enemy contact, and degraded intelligence will all be active factors. Cadre will not intervene unless safety demands it. The scenario plays out based on the decisions you make.

Leadership, team cohesion, mission prioritization, and discipline under pressure are the four things being evaluated above all else. How you handle the moments where the plan falls apart matters more than whether the plan was good to begin with.

By end of session, every candidate will receive a result. Bronze Squadron does not pass candidates by default — the course is designed to reveal who you are when it counts. Come prepared to perform, not to survive.
