Green Team Selection Day 1
Day 1
Day 1 of Green Team is your introduction to how Bronze Squadron operates and what is expected of you moving forward. This is not a smoke session — it is a standards session. The focus is on building a baseline that ensures every candidate understands how to function inside a disciplined, realism-driven element.
Cadre will introduce you to unit structure, mission profiles, and the fundamentals of operating within a squad and troop environment. You will be issued and inspected on kit, validated on weapons handling, and put on the range before the session is over. Communication standards are established here and held to from this point forward — how you talk on the net on Day 1 is how you will be expected to talk on Day 3.
Training will cover core areas including kit configuration, radio procedure, weapons safety and live fire, basic movement formations, and individual and team movement drills. Attention to detail matters here — small mistakes at this level translate into larger failures under stress.
Expect a controlled, professional environment where performance, attitude, and adaptability are constantly assessed. You are not expected to be perfect, but you are expected to be coachable, engaged, and accountable.

Green Team Selection Day 2
Day 2
Day 2 of Green Team is where the standards from Day 1 are tested under pressure. The fundamentals you established on Day 1 are no longer being introduced — they are being evaluated in conditions designed to degrade your ability to execute them cleanly.
Cadre will introduce stress into every element of your training. You will face time constraints, simulated casualties, conflicting information, and limited visibility. The environment will not slow down to accommodate you. Your ability to communicate, make decisions, and support your teammates under those conditions is what is being assessed.
Training will progress through casualty management, close-quarters clearance, and night operations, culminating in information-driven movement where decisions must be made on live intelligence that may not always be reliable. Mistakes made here carry consequences inside the scenario — there is no pause while you reset.
Expect to be pushed. Expect the situation to change when you are least prepared for it. What Cadre is looking for is not perfection under pressure — it is composure, adaptability, and whether you stabilize or become a liability when things go wrong.
